The EA also supports the Foundation team with similar tasks, including mailings, events, ordering supplies, setting up cleaning schedules, and establishing volunteer schedules.ResponsibilitiesProvides all administrative and technical support for the Foundation's President/CEO and Director of Development. Responsible for the preparation and distribution of communications originating from the President/CEO and Director of Development. Schedules meetings and appointments, coordinating logistics and calendars. Attends and organizes Foundation Board meetings, takes minutes, prepares materials, and loads information into Board Effects. Maintains and updates Board terms of service, bylaws, and policies. Coordinates office volunteers regarding mailings, house events, and special projects. Supports the Foundation's Event Coordinator by mailing invitations, attending events, assisting with registration, setup, and breakdown; and other duties as needed. Works with the Annual Fund and Grant Coordinator to proof all grant requests and annual fund materials. Assists the Development Team in maintaining a donor stewardship plan and schedule. Helps with creating and sending thank you letters, preparing various correspondence, creating marketing materials, and working on writing projects. Works collaboratively with Events, Annual Fund/Grants, and Donor Relations Coordinators with new and updated content for the website and social media. Responsible for proofing and editing the website. Maintains the Foundation calendar and general email account. Performs all other duties as assigned by the President/CEO and Director of Development.QualificationsThree or more years of executive assistant and computer experience. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required.Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience.Raiser's Edge experience preferred.Exercises initiative and independent judgment. Able to multi-task, be highly organized, and flexible to change.
