Position Summary:

Support for Market Chief Nursing Officer.

Responsibilities:

Provides secretarial and administrative support for the Chief Nursing Officer and senior administrative team. Performs work in an independent manner and interacts with high level contacts in a professional and confidential manner. Able to multi-task in a constantly changing environment. Uses significant judgment in prioritizing tasks, maintains confidentiality and works independently. Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Meticulous attention to detail. Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, transcribing dictation, shorthand/speedwriting for recording meeting minutes and calendar management. Medical Terminology helpful

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate's degree Required, Bachelor's or equivalent preferred

Experience:

5 to 10 years of related experience required.
