- Serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, President and/or executive team (executive) assigned, providing strategic insights and recommendations on business operations and organizational priorities.

Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in providing high-level executive support, ideally to C-Suite executives, including managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in the healthcare and pharmacy industry preferred.
