Alpha IT, LLC is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and assist with the smooth operation of our executive office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to the CEO, encompassing calendar management, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Craft insightful reports, dynamic presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Serve as the vital link between the CEO and team members, clients, and partners.
- Streamline and uphold efficient filing systems and electronic records.
- Coordinate the logistics for executive meetings and corporate events.
- Conduct research and lend a hand with special projects.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable through effective phone and written communication.
- Contribute to a range of exciting marketing initiatives.
- Oversee daily office operations as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
