This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining records and files. The Executive Assistant will work closely with other members of the team and other departments within the organization to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Maintain records and files, including sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide support to other members of the team and other departments as needed.
  • Continuously improve and update administrative processes.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either C1 or C2 level is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in an executive assistant role in any related field marketing, sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in relevant computer software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools is a plus.
