Overview:

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our team at the Missouri Regional Office located in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant supports the operations of the Vice President of Operations in a variety of capacities including acting as liaison between field and corporate staff by providing administrative expertise and supervising the flow of administrative duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
• Minimum of three years of secretarial or office experience required
• Good communication and organizational skills, professional phone etiquette, and accurate typing skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required; working knowledge of spreadsheets and data base programs preferred
