Financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a team Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supporting a team within financial services.
Salary: $120K 130K plus bonus
Schedule: Four days on-site
Hours: 9 am 6 pm
Responsibilities:
- Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence, act as a gatekeeper for executives
- Provide high level administrative support by proactively assisting and anticipating senior managements needs
- Manage executive calendars including scheduling appointments, reservations, and meetings
- Plan and organize all travel including ground transportation, flights, and hotels
- Process and submit related expense reports discreetly
- Coordinate all in-person, virtual, and over-the-phone meeting logistics
- Prepare and distribute agendas, letters, reports, presentations, and other communications including confidential documents
- Performing additional projects as needed
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience, financial services experience required
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision
- Must exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Possess high-level customer service skills while providing a warm and enthusiastic demeanor
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
