Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative-type support to technical and management level personnel
  • Maintain logs and calendars, physical and electronic libraries of records and files, and email distribution lists
  • Monitor shared email mailboxes
  • Prepare necessary materials for required meetings, coordinate meeting space
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and assist business needs
  • Oversee daily office activities
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative support required
  • Previous experience in contract administration preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint required
  • Ability to effectively communicate required
Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be a US Citizen.Work Location: This role will require the team member to be on site in a hybrid model 2-3 days per week.Work Environment: Work will be done in an office setting/environment and will need to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment. The person in this role will need to have the ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally will need to move about inside an office environment. This position frequently communicates with other employees and external stakeholders. The person needs to have the ability to accurately exchange information in these settings.
