Job Description:
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTDo you want to use your training, education, and experience in a new and meaningful way?We are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant who will serve as the right hand to our Vice Presidents. The candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. They should be comfortable interfacing with Experts and other members of the Executive Team jumping in to help with communications and logistics as needed. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a Personal and Confidential assistant to the Vice Presidents executing personal emails, projects, and events.Qualifications:
  • Act as primary point of contact for the Executive Team, liaising with internal and external team members and clients, and handling inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Executive Team, with Board members, clients, service providers, staff, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives.
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgement to handle C-level matters.
  • Research, priorities, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executive Team, including those sensitive in nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, organizing, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Vice Presidents.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Executive Team, proactively addressing issues and concerns to ensure a high level of executive support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a constantly evolving environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Available after regular business hours as needed at the discretion of the Vice Presidents.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a constantly evolving environment.
LOCATION: Lancaster, PA office.
