Im writing to inform you that one of my client companies, a prestigious investment firm located in Boston, is seeking an Executive Assistant. This individual will provide support to a pair of Executives by performing calendar management, working with the Firms travel agency to create domestic and international travel itineraries, and expense management.
Seeking a candidate who offers 2.5- 5 years of experience, as well as the intangibles required to enjoy success in this role, namely an Executive Assistant who presents in a professional manner and offers an innate ability to form effective working relationships. While prior experience with creating international travel itineraries is a plus, this experience is not required to be considered a strong candidate for this position.
This role is a hybrid work schedule; The selected individual will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week
Compensation includes the following components:
Salary to $85K- $90K, depending on experience
10%- 15% bonus paid out mid-year based on individual performance
An additional bonus to $10K based on Firm performance paid out at year end
Additionally, the Firm takes 15% of the sum of the salary and these 2 bonuses and invests this sum each year on the employees behalf in a retirement plan at no cost to the employee
The Firm also pays 100% medical & dental benefits
