Job Description:

Our client is a multi-billion dollar private equity firm looking for an EA to support their Head of Investor Relations. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a high level executive. The role requires the standard EA responsibilities along with IR related work, and is fully remote! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be a partner to a senior executive as well as handle tasks outside the standard EA responsibilities!

Responsibilities:

  • Exercise discretion, independent judgement and oversight over executives time
  • Monitor calendars
  • Coordinate onsite meetings and Zooms for executives as well as working across teams to streamline and optimize meetings within the firm
  • Keep executive organized and notified of urgent issues
  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel
  • Reconcile expenses using Concur
  • Plan and coordinate investor roadshows, which involve organized events, meetings or dinners with current and prospective investors
  • Conduct research to stay updated on market trends and investor preferences
  • Maintain Salesforce database, keeping track of investor details, interactions, and commitments
  • Maintain documents, records, reports in a discreet and confidential manner
  • Register executives for conferences and networking events in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with timely resolution
  • Open minded, creative & strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a high-level of emotional intelligence to navigate challenging situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to work independently with limited guidance and exercise independent judgement, including knowing when to elevate concerns or issues
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized and maintaining keen attention to details
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating and implementing projects
  • Highly responsive; 24/7 mentality
  • 5-7 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within Private Equity or related industries
  • Strong preference for experience in IR
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required
