Job DescriptionPremier Design to Completion provides Design, Procurement, Architecture, Engineering, Development and project management services to hotels. This includes implementing the majority of capital improvements for properties owned by Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE: AHT) and Braemar Hotels and Resorts (NYSE: BHR). Premier also does significant business with third party clients in Hospitality, Multi-Family and Student Housing.Position Summary:The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to an executive leader.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performs complex administrative duties, with exposure to highly confidential matters and information
  • Heavy executive calendar management, coordination of business meetings, reporting, scheduling and daily timekeeping
  • Makes travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels and car reservations
  • Creates and modifies Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Drafting and editing outgoing emails and memos
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing records
  • Other administrative duties and projects as assigned
  • Tracks expenses and prepares expense reports
  • May be required to assist with personal tasks as well
  • Will be required to travel at least a few times in a given year

  • 5+ years of executive and administrative experience, to include experience supporting C-Suite Executives.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task and ask for clarification when needed
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize a daily workload based on priorities
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must possess an extremely positive attitude
  • Exemplifies three main qualities - capable, fantastic attitude, and trustworthiness
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to proof own work
  • Must be able to travel to various events and meetings as needed
