Responsibilities:
* Support vendor relations by managing communications with vendors and customers regarding invoices, payments, disputes, and inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records and information for both new and existing clients.
* Provide internal support to the Strategic Accounts team.
* Prepare and analyze key accounting and financial reports, including AR, AP, budgeting, and cost management.
* Assist with various business projects as needed to support the Director of Operations.
* Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
* Associates degree or higher (with an Accounting or Financial background preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in a related role.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
