Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a dynamic role? WellSky is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to key executives. Responsibilities include meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense management, and event coordination.   • Managing calendar scheduling, meeting requests and logistics for meeting and events
  • Prioritizing all incoming/outgoing communications and answering questions related to office operations and established policies and procedures, while maintaining confidentiality
  • Resolving routine to complex situations identifying sensitive matters and notifying appropriate executive, when necessary
  • Organizing meetings and assisting in the preparation of materials for meetings, including obtaining information from various sources, compiling an agenda, assembling meeting documentation, and following up on action items after the meeting
  • Developing cross-functional professional relationships with business leaders to ensure the appropriate handling of situations related to office operations, procedures, and high-level meetings and client commitments
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing and reviewing expense reports, including compiling and maintaining supporting documents
Do you have what it takes?Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • 2-4 years' experience supporting executive-level leaders
Do you stand above the rest?Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Concur expense software
  • Experience using Workday
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
