About The Role

As the Executive Assistant, youll be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the 3 Executives, while also overseeing day-to-day office management tasks. This dynamic role will allow you to be at the heart of the team, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the EVP- Americas, VP, Commercial Sales and Chief Marketing Officer calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Assist with presentation preparation, reports, and other executive-level documentation.
  • Oversee office management duties, including liaising with building management, ordering supplies, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
  • Support with event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings, team-building activities, and office functions.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to support the broader leadership team.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or wellness industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
