Our software platform, Latis, is used by companies like Nestlé, Danone, Chipotle, Sysco, and Ahold Delhaize to transform the way their food products are sourced and consumed around the world.The roleAs Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our CEO and wider leadership team. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing events, and providing administrative support. You will work hand-in-hand with our Chief of Staff, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. - Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
- Event Planning & Execution: Serve as project manager for HowGood's external events as well as our team offsites/onsites. In particular, you will play a key role in organizing our global series of Regen House events ( creating a space for food industry collaboration at UN conferences, the World Economic Forum, Climate Week, and beyond.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects as needed, providing administrative support and coordinating with cross-functional teams. In particular, expect to play a key role in the way we support global industry coalitions like the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, One Planet Business for Biodiversity, and the Consumer Goods Forum.
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of tasks such as preparing presentations, drafting documents, and managing expenses.
