The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO's schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings to maximize productivity.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
  • Research and Reports: Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks including filing, document management, and office organization.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with legal management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Compensation Range:$60,000-$85,000 USDBenefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
