In this role, you will be groomed for a high-level position in one of the leading entertainment companies in the US. The company is looking for the 1% candidate who will be the Aide de Camp to executive leadership within the company. You should be a grinder; someone who is tremendously well-spoken, with off-the-charts verbal/written communication skills and be able to manage any level of project thrown their way.You will be tasked with basic level administrative duties that will include calendaring and meetings invitations/requests, answer and transferring critical calls, coordination of guests for internal and external meetings, submittal of building service requests, and other ad-hoc projects.There will be no task too mundane or too below your scope of responsibility.So why would you join this team?
