**About the role**
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Global Head of Client Solutions, Americas Head of Client Solutions and Managing Director, CS
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a meaningful role in providing high-level administrative support. You will be responsible for leading their busy schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling confidential information, and ensuring the efficient operation of their offices.
**What youll do**
+ Proactively lead and prioritize the calendars of the CIO and President, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external collaborators, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
+ Prioritize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
+ Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure efficient and stress-free travel for the executives.
+ Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Track and lead expense reports for the executives, ensuring compliance with company policies.
+ Handle critical and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
+ Assist in various projects and initiatives, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support as needed.

**What youll need**
+ Validated experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
+ Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks optimally.
+ A proactive and adaptable attitude.

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IMs applicable benefit program.
