Job Description
AECOM/Tishman is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the executive leadership of Tishman. This position will initially be project based in Mid-Town Manhattan, and future based at Tishman's HQ at 100 Park Ave, NYC.
The Executive Assistant to the COO's will have the expertise, knowledge and ability to anticipate needs, offer proactive solutions, and think critically in a professional manner.
Primary Job Responsibilities
+ Assist multiple executives (COO) with calendar management.
+ Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
+ Support time and task management, providing proactive solutions and guidance.
+ Manage a variety of tasks that facilitate the assigned Leaders' ability to effectively lead the organization including special projects, ELT related activities, preparation of reports and presentations, composing and responding to correspondence, making travel arrangements, and preparation of expense reports
+ Work closely with assigned Leaders to ensure alignment of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
+ Organize client, project and internal/external meetings including room bookings, preparation of conference rooms, coordinating with IT for additional technology requirements needed for engagements, and catering arrangements as required
+ Support office events planning and communication to foster a positive, connected culture.
+ Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization as needed.
+ Protect the confidentiality of information shared.

We employ a diversified preconstruction and construction management staff of structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers; architects; technology specialists; scheduling and cost control personnel; and construction estimators and accountants. We provide expert consultation and guidance in all phases of a building project, from master-planning, preconstruction options evaluation and decision-making, to design review, estimating, and scheduling, through procurement, construction and occupancy. AECOM Tishman's staff manages all consultants and contractors on a project, representing client interests throughout the project cycle. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
+ HSD/GED and 10 years of relevant experience OR AA/AS and 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Experience supporting executive management in construction, real estate or other fast paced, matrixed environments.
Preferred Requirements:
+ Demonstrated proficiency in influence, diplomacy, and professional comportment.
+ Strong experience in calendar management, scheduling and engaging with multiple entities.
+ Time management skills.
+ Prior experience in direct, daily engagement with leadership.
+ The capacity to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and project unwavering confidence.
+ Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to anticipate business needs, handle issues and ask the right questions before problems arise
+ Adept at working in a highly demanding, dynamic and fast-paced environment
+ Experience working with highly confidential/sensitive information
+ Ability to manage complex tasks, independently.
+ Experience with Workday, Navan and COUPA is helpful.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $43.47/hour - $70.00/hour.
