You will be responsible for skillfully interacting with management within and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with employees and internal partners and flawlessly handling confidential and critical information. You will also be responsible for assisting two other leaders on the team.Responsibilities:Full support of VP, Global Talent and supplemental support of Sr. Director, Employee Experience and Director, Global Wellness.Manage meetings with support from Chief of Staff (e.g. set agendas, prepare presentations, document meeting minutes and manage action items)Plan, organize and manage multiple calendars (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)Manage logistics, collaborate with cross-functional partners and formalize event content for special and large-scale eventsManage and reconcile VP's expense reports and travel arrangements.Participate in large-scale special projects, as agreed with managerManage go/Perks – employee discount program.Maintain email distribution lists / aliasesAct as the point of contact between workplace services to meet facility needs for the teamProvide input for ways to improve structures and efficiency of the organizationFind new and efficient ways to create work processes to help maximize your executives' time, including weekly and quarterly reporting, goal-tracking, and team meetingsMaintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgement, discretion and a high degree of maturity/professionalismPartner with HR, Finance, Legal and other teams on various initiativesApply judgment with full understanding of urgency and priorities of the business, routinely needing to multi-task with little to no directionWork with cross-functional partners on budget tracking and communicate financial constraintsSupport Employee Experience leader:With procurement and sourcing needs including purchase requisitions and contracts and track budget details and purchase order spend.Maintain SharePoint sites and team calendar to keep team communications consistent and up to date.Pull employee reports as needed for employee experience programs.Support Wellness leader:Manage Rewards Store vendor. Review and refresh items in store. Resolve employee shipping issues. Field employee requests and inquiries. Provide process improvements.Track Wellness Point data and coordinate data transfers.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience5 + years of experience in executive administrative supporting senior leadership3 + years of experience supporting senior leadership including VP and abovePreferred Qualifications:Experience with project and budget managementExperience supporting multiple leaders of large teamsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and cloud-based applications (e.g., SharePoint)Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills - Ability to professionally interact with senior leaders and anticipate their needsThrives in a fast-paced, demanding environmentEffective time management, task prioritization, and ability to work within deadlines, even in ambiguous environmentsProactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional projectsAdaptability to change and ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, systems, tools, and processesAbility to be proactive, take initiative, and exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasksSuggested Skills:Project ManagementCommunicationCollaborationLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $147,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
