A nonprofit organization based in Boston, MA is looking to hire an Executive Assistant on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong calendar management experience, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). A strong ability to meet tight deadlines and balance changing priorities will ensure success in this multi-faceted role. This role is a fully onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executive
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executive
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executive
- Proofread documents as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience supporting a C-level Executive
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
