Executive Assistant to the Chief Nursing Officer - Nursing Administration

Who You Are:

What You'll Do:

* Provide executive-level administrative support to assigned senior leadership, managing calendars and scheduling/preparing meetings.

* Assist with budget preparation, monitor departmental budgets, and track variances.

* Oversee the PolicyStat system, assist in policy updates, and manage distribution lists.

* Coordinate hospital-wide quality and safety projects, including accreditation-related activities.

* Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and documents, ensuring proper responses.

* Arrange travel accommodations, including booking flights and hotels, and prepare itineraries.

* Conduct research and prepare special reports and presentations as requested.

* Support payroll functions and assist with NH license verification and tracking.

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's degree in secretarial science, business management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

* Minimum of five years of experience providing administrative support to executive-level individuals.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Strong relationship-building skills, ability to maintain a positive and professional work environment, and a keen attention to detail.
