The Centennial team is seeking a highly trusted Executive Assistant for a globally renowned organization. This role's primary responsibility is to provide seamless, efficient executive administrative support to the President & CEO. As the President & CEO's right hand, this individual will be central to the smooth execution of complex administrative tasks, anticipating needs, and consistently staying ahead. As the primary gatekeeper and close advisor to the President & CEO, the individual in this role will play a crucial part in managing executive functions while safeguarding sensitive information. They will empower the executive team, ensuring smooth operations, and drive the organization's continued global leadership.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Flawless Execution: Manage a range of administrative activities with precision, including schedule management, presentations, meeting agendas, emails, spreadsheets, calls, and communications. Attention to detail, organization, and process management are paramount.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Demonstrate impeccable judgment, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion at all times.
  • Global Coordination: Provide end-to-end customer service excellence, including handling complex global travel arrangements and conference management for the executive team.
  • Schedule Management: Oversee the executive's schedule to ensure obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Multitasking: Support the organization's broader goals by juggling multiple projects, events, and priorities, often with little direction.
  • Proactive Anticipation: Anticipate the needs of the President & CEO, consistently staying one step ahead to deliver results with minimal oversight.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Executive Assistants, including those at partner organizations and suppliers, to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Adaptability Under Pressure: Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, adjusting as needed to meet shifting demands.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including managing multiple concurrent events and projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing executive calendars, including determining the priority of meeting requests and managing scheduling conflicts.
  • Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel, with an understanding of current travel restrictions and protocols.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Office.
  • Flexibility to be available outside of traditional business hours as needed.
