The Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
We're looking for an experienced, high-energy Executive Assistant who can handle the fast pace and complexity of supporting a CEO and Founder with an international reach. In this role, you'll be partnering directly with Benny Czarny, OPSWAT's CEO, providing high-level support not only to him but also to his executive team around the world. This is more than a traditional support role; it's an opportunity to become a valued partner in a company that's dedicated to securing critical infrastructure on a global scale.
Working with OPSWAT means engaging with a truly international team. From Europe to Asia and beyond, you'll be interacting daily with executives, team members, and clients from around the world. This role requires light travel, including some international trips, and occasional flexibility for different time zones.
While based in the United States, this position is remote-friendly, allowing you to work from anywhere on the East Coast.
What You Will Be Doing
* Keep the CEO's office running smoothly by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
* Own and optimize the CEO's calendar, balancing priorities across multiple time zones.
* Coordinate complex, global travel arrangements for business meetings, conferences, and high-level engagements.
* Build trusted relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, from board members to clients, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
* Prepare and edit executive communication - emails, presentations, and reports - with precision and polish.
* Lead special projects, manage meeting agendas, take notes, and track key action items.
* Facilitate cross-cultural collaboration by working effectively with team members from various countries and backgrounds, adapting to different cultural norms and expectations.
What We Need From You
* Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in global organizations.
* Exceptional Organizational Skills: You're a pro at time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
* International Agility: Familiarity with international business etiquette and a talent for working across time zones and cultures.
* Professional Decorum: Discreet, polished, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
* Tech-Savvy: High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Adaptability: Able to keep pace in a fast-changing environment, while handling pressure with ease.
* Cross-Cultural Awareness: Skilled in navigating and appreciating diverse perspectives, fostering productive relationships across various countries.

* Experience in the cybersecurity industry, software, or network security industries.
