- Manage the Executive's calendar, prioritizing appointments, travel, and meetings.
- Draft correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports, on behalf of the Executive.
- Support the Executive in meetings by taking notes and ensuring the completion of action items.
- Represent the Executive in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and decision-making.
- Provide strategic insights to the Executive on planning, policy development, and decision-making.
- Ensure the timely completion of projects and initiatives led by the Executive.
- Research and recommend updated policies and strategies as needed.
- Create and maintain systems to streamline operations.
- Maintain confidential files and data records accurately.
- Utilize Excel extensively for data analysis and reporting.
- Work collaboratively across all departments within the organization.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive experience with Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a business or executive support role.
- Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams or departments.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.
