  • Manage the Executive's calendar, prioritizing appointments, travel, and meetings.
  • Draft correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports, on behalf of the Executive.
  • Support the Executive in meetings by taking notes and ensuring the completion of action items.
  • Represent the Executive in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and decision-making.
  • Provide strategic insights to the Executive on planning, policy development, and decision-making.
  • Ensure the timely completion of projects and initiatives led by the Executive.
  • Research and recommend updated policies and strategies as needed.
  • Create and maintain systems to streamline operations.
  • Maintain confidential files and data records accurately.
  • Utilize Excel extensively for data analysis and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively across all departments within the organization.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, flexible attitude.
  • A positive outlook with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a business or executive support role.
  • Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams or departments.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.
