Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Camden, New Jersey
Pay: $28 - $30 an hour
A global leading corporation is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to high level calendar management, expense reports, invoicing, creating purchase orders, administrative tasks, supporting various departments across the organization, office duties and much more!
Description:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint
+ Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring they are aware of upcoming commitments.
+ Communication Handling: Reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; and acting as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
+ Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
+ Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and handling travel receipts.
+ Document Management: Organizing documents, maintaining records, and developing efficient documentation and filing systems.
+ Administrative Support: Handling various administrative tasks such as producing reports, presentations, and briefs; monitoring office supplies; and researching advantageous deals or suppliers.
+ Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Experience assisting C-Suite Executives required
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office
+ Oracle and or Concur experience preferred
+ Bachelors Degree required
