POSITION SUMMARY:

This position performs advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties for designated leadership position. This position requires a broad and comprehensive experience, skill, knowledge of organization policies and practices. Additionally, this position is responsible for the overall office operations and facility management duties relative to the work location they are assigned.

Essential Functions:

* Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports etc and initiates routine and non-routine correspondence and memoranda.

* Schedules appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.

* Prepares and distributes minutes of meeting.

* May direct the activities of one or more employees.

* Performs, responsible for and/or supervises reception staff, security, mail function, IT support, contracted facility services, maintenance etc.

* Ensures all business licensing functions are up to date and renewed as needed.

* Supports 1 or more executives in an administrative capacity and assist other leaders as requested and directed to do so

* Sits or committees as requested.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Regular and reliable attendance.

EDUCATION:

Associate's degree required, Bachelors Preferred in Business or related field

EXPERIENCE:

15 years of Executive Assistant and Facility Management experience
