Job Overview: LHH is seeking an Executive Manager to support the chair of our client's company, and who is also a co-head of CMI. This position is fully on-site and is with an established investment firm in Northwest DC. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Handle tasks such as executing trades, setting up new accounts, processing fund transfers, engaging with clients to address their inquiries, and maintaining account-related documentation. Series 7 and 66 licenses can be acquired after joining. Portfolio and Investment Research: Conduct research related to portfolios and investments. Executive Assistance: Manage administrative tasks for business entities, including reviewing tax documents, ensuring tax payments are made, and executing other related functions. Personal Assistance: Prepare and submit expense reports, organize occasional off-site events, and perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and other personal tasks as needed. Office Management: Oversee general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
