Position: Executive Assistant

Schedule: Full Time (32 hours/week)

Pay: $25/hr.

Laurel Circle is recruiting for a hospitality focused Executive Assistant to join our team! The role provides administrative support to the Executive Director as well as other members of the Leadership team, particularly Finance and Human Resources.

Here are a few of the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant:

* Greets visitors to the Executive Suite and assists with inquiries; directs them to appropriate parties; takes messages and arranges appointments if needed.

* Handles mail and deliveries.

* Creates flyers, mailings and other communications for residents and staff events and informational updates.

* Creates presentations for meetings and events as requested.

* Assists residents, families and staff with general questions or requests.

* Performs general office tasks such as supply ordering and inventory.

* Performs a variety of data entry tasks.

* Arranges catering and meeting room set-up for staff and resident functions.

* Assists with accounts receivable process by ensuring all transactions are processed; assists with recovering overdue balances .

* Distributes monthly billing statements to residents in independent living and the health center.

* Maintains daily census in the health center by tracking admissions and discharges.

* Assists in Human Resources by greeting applicants, gathering, and processing new hire information, data entry into the HR system and assisting with orientation.

* Assists with employee engagement and recognition programs and events.

* Assists with community front desk coverage as needed.

* Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Excellent customer service skills and close attention to detail.

* Excellent planning and organizing skills and ability to prioritize work and multi-task assignments.

* Accurate data entry skills.
