Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Office Manager who is proficient in marketing and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level assistance to the CEO and managing light office operations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
  • Support event planning and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing, including social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
