Join this growing Biotech research firm in Boston! In this role the Executive Assistant will support the executive team in all areas of administrative support!
This position is the perfect opportunity for someone highly productive, detail oriented and proactive. This is a hybrid role supporting THE CFO and the CSO as well as the VP of Technology as well as Director of Operations for a Connecticut based Biotech research firm. The ideal candidate will be organized, meticulous and flexible, able to manage fast-moving operations, confident in overseeing a wide variety of administrative responsibilities including the coordination of calendars, schedules and event planning, and perform all tasks with grace, ease and a friendly, energetic attitude. This position has opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities.

• Handles all functions of an administrative assistant and office manager, including but not limited to: answering telephones, relaying messages, distributing/sending mail, filing, faxing, copying, and shipping documents as necessary
• Coordinates office scheduling and planning, including for meetings and events
• Assists in the coordination and completion of special projects, as assigned
> Need 2-3 yrs exp. ideally out of Biotech or Pharma.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5-7yrs exp.
• Proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications, Google docs
• Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills with proven ability to work effectively, independently and with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication with clients and individuals at all levels of the organization
• Willingness to work collaboratively and to assist others
• Ability to produce and innovate appropriate solutions to problems and conflicts as they arise
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive situations and confidential information
