A local General Contractor is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their President. This role requires a blend of administrative competencies and an understanding of the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our executive team's activities. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and the timely flow of information.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive team.
- Manage and organize project-specific information, ensuring easy access and retrieval by the executive team.
- Coordinate and prepare for executive meetings and presentations, including material preparation, agenda setting, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in the coordination of company events as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to learn other programs and software
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
