Job Title: Executive AssistantJob Description The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global, fast-paced executive team, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle extremely confidential information. This role requires professionalism in communication with C-suite executives and peers within and outside the organization. The position is hybrid, with 1 to 2 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities- Support Executive Management Team (2-3 leaders) with calendar support, global travel, and expenses in a timely manner.
- Manage and coordinate team meetings, including setting meeting purposes/objectives, note-taking, action items, critical tasks, and pre-filing materials for executive reviews.
- Support town hall meetings by gathering information or creating slides.
- Organize and support leadership meetings and workshops.
- Assist in the development of leadership materials for meetings and presentations.
- Incorporate efficient changes within the organization to increase productivity and efficiency, such as Slack and smart sheets.
- Serve as a liaison/department contact within various teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, Software, Charging, and Vehicle groups.
- Cross-collaborate with other administrative assistants in the organization.
- Provide detailed communication methods, both written and verbal.
- Adapt to project assignments as needed.
Essential Skills- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting C-Suite Executive Leadership and/or multiple executives at one time.
- Proficiency in MS Office apps, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Forms, and OneDrive.
- High performance in roles requiring strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and multi-tasking.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Experience thriving in a virtual working environment.
