Executive Assistant (Part-Time) LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant for a client in the Downtown Cincinnati area. Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of relevant experience along with the ability to work a part time schedule of 15 hours per week during normal office hours. This position is a long-term temporary role that will last between 3 and 6 months. Pay for this position will range between $25 and $33/hr. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, reconciling personal and professional calendars, and managing correspondence to ensure effective time management and prioritize tasks. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations, ensuring the President and other members of the Executive Team are well-prepared for all priority engagements. Execute research into marketing thought leadership, articles, etc. for executive team to share proactive insights with clients. Act as the President's liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and timely communication. Be the point of contact for the Cincinnati office. Plan, support, local company activities to support our team. Cross-office coordination Acquire office badge access to NY / LA office for traveling employees. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, while considering time zones and optimizing efficiency for President and other members of the leadership team Assist in expense management, tracking, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies for President and other members of the leadership team. Support the Agency Leadership Team in various strategic initiatives, projects, and events. May include event planning, research, data analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Cultivate positive relationships with staff, clients, partners, and other stakeholders, representing the President and Agency Leadership in a professional and approachable manner. Other tasks as needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent executive support experience Excellent communication skills bot written and verbal. Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent organizational skills Ability to work onsite in downtown Cincinnati.
