Provide executive-level support to NESN's CEO as well as other members of the Senior Team. Gain a thorough understanding of the business' operations and various function areas. This role will have one direct report; office coordinator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare executive-level correspondence and other documents with and without dictation
- Create company presentations, charts, and graphs utilizing PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
- Manage the President/CEO's calendar and serve as the key point of contact for all phone, mail and in-person requests
- Serve as the program manager for events such as Cable Pioneers
- Research and summarize industry and market information to provide actionable insights
- Schedule meetings, travel arrangements, catering orders and trainings for the Senior Team, including arranging the setup and breakdown of any onsite events
- Plan and coordinate functions for the Senior Team, Management Team and company as a whole
- Handle the charity programs with the Red Sox Foundation and Bruins Foundation
- Manage the Fenway and TD Garden suites as well as internal employee raffles
- Responsible for managing all company-wide donation requests as part of our NESN Connects program
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail when prioritizing requests, completing financial documents and organizing business materials
- Receive and review highly sensitive correspondence and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Identify and initiate business operations projects independently
- Successfully complete other related tasks and projects as needed
- Provide coverage from 9am-6:30pm, with flexibility to work outside of these hours and occasional weekends

- At least 1 year of experience working in a business operations, research or executive support function
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, English or related discipline preferred
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in providing feedback on next steps
- Must have excellent writing skills, including spelling and grammar
- Must have the ability to type at least 60 WPM
- Must have a high level of professionalism and pleasant demeanor
- Exceptional skills in all Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; solid Internet research skills
- Superb organizational and multi-tasking skills; must be detail oriented
- Successful track record of working with minimal direction in a loosely structured, fast-paced environment
