Position reports to Vice President of ASCO. This position will assist the VP of ASCO with various reports and measurements for Welcome, NC and Reynosa, MX as well as general administrative support. What will you do? Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reports and operations measurements and reports Assists with the budget preparation and related tasks such as purchase order processing, expense reports, etc. Handle all AP inquiries with invoices Maintains Calendar and Travel Schedule; arranges transportation and hotel accommodations Maintains and protects confidential materials related to the departments' functions and personnel related information Order and keep track of office supplies for the Welcome facility Handle paperwork and set up of plant witness tests Assists others with the performance of their assigned duties as needed Assist with all clerical or administrative duties as required Ability to adjust to a quickly changing environment and interface effectively with all levels of employees What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Strong organization and planning skills Ability to multi-task Minimum of Associates Degree in Business or related field 2+ years administrative or related experience Good oral and written communication skills along with excellent organizational skills Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint What's in it for me?
