Job Description:

Purpose: Provide high-level administrative support for CEO to ensure efficient accomplishment of key tasks and company initiatives. Keep communications organized for easy access to the most important information. Be effective in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks in a timely manner. Must build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. Be both approachable and respectful, comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems. Comfortable taking the initiative when faced with administrative decisions.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

* Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.

* Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications

* Manage email account with utmost confidentiality, prioritizing for most important information

* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records

* Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

* Prepare for and attend meetings, taking and organizing notes as needed

* Answer and screen phone calls in a polite and professional manner

* Manage the calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

* Make travel arrangements and create itineraries

* Personal errands on behalf of the CEO may be required at times

* Special projects as assigned, may require research and reporting for presentation

* Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives

* Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees

* Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience:

* High School diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree or certificate in business or related field preferred

* 3-5 years related experience

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Ability to perform responsibilities with the utmost of confidentiality and discretion

* Time management and ability to meet deadlines

* Verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

* Problem-solving and decision making

* Proactivity and self-direction

* Interpersonal skills

* Posess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

* Some travel may be required

Training:

* Reference OJT

Physical Demands

* Ability to sit, stand, or walk for 50-75% of workday

* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally
