PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Reviews and analyze issues, operations, and processes and develops recommendations for changes in policies, procedures and configurations of resources in connection with assigned programs and projects.
Plans, organizes, and conducts a broad range of management reviews of studies with emphasis on topics of significance that involve the University as a whole.
Assists the Senior Vice President with preparation of presentations, reports and other publications that may be of sensitive or high-profile nature.
Coordinates the travel arrangements, schedules meetings and follows up on actionable items as designated by the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management.
Assists with the development of initiatives and projects that facilitate and improve the financial, administrative, service environment, and productivity of units reporting to the Office of the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management.

Ability to work independently, while coordinating multiple tasks, managing competing priorities and demonstrated ability to collaborate with members of Enrollment Management.
Knowledge and understanding of best practices and principles of enrollment management within a research intensive and diverse academic environment.
Specific knowledge of the University, its structure, and written policies and procedures.
Knowledge of word-processing, database management, customer relationship management and student information systems, presentation software, and spreadsheets.
High degree of independent research and analytical ability in order to assess various program and management options and related strategies.
Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor a wide variety of projects relating to Enrollment Management, best practices, and a demonstrated capacity to produce cohesive after-action reports, executive summaries and other publications.
Ability to consolidate and organize comprehensive data, create manuals, and make recommendations to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes within the Office of the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management.
Competence in both oral and written English to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious work relations with faculty, staff, students and customers.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and a high standard of customer service and integrity.
Ability to be a supportive and productive team member. May require late nights, weekend and some overnight travel.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience required.
