Job Description:

One of our clients, Wynmoor Community Council is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. Wynmoor is a large, adult condominium community in Coconut Creek. This role is crucial in supporting our day-to-day administrator's operations and ensuring seamless internal and external communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the Administrator's phone and manage in-person contact. Handle as many issues as possible.
  • Composing and editing various types of documents including monthly messages from the administrator, emails, memos, and reports, producing minutes, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaison to the Insurance agent and carriers, including Worker's Compensation and Property and Casualty (Liability).
  • Must effectively maintain all insurance policies and records.
  • File and handle all insurance claims as they are submitted. Coordinate the response to the interrogatories and request for production. Maintain files and communicate to all parties.
  • Process records requests, coordinate responses with departments, and deliver records following our policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five (5) years of administrative assistant experience required.
  • Must have the ability to compose original correspondence and articles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize and use excellent judgment, and work under pressure.
  • Possess effective customer service, communication, and writing skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must complete and pass pre-employment screenings. Background check and drug test.
