SageSure, a leading Managing General Underwriter in catastrophe-exposed property insurance is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in managing a diverse portfolio encompassing Human Resources, Legal, and IT Help Desk functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, relationship management across a geographically distributed organization, a natural promoter of the company's culture and values, effective communication skills, and is energized by a high growth, results-driven environment. The position will support our Chief Administrative Officer and other members of the leadership team as directed.
What you'd be doing:
* Providing administrative support to C-level Executive and members of their leadership team
* Managing a complex calendar of appointments including prioritizing commitments, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
* Act as a liaison with team members to ensure schedules and priorities are respected
* Compiling agendas, presentations, reports, and related materials for regular leadership team meetings
* Owning the preparation of expense reports and other related items
* Act as culture carrier across Administrative Operations and with other assistants across the organization
* Managing a variety of special projects as directed
* Anticipating CAO's needs and act as a liaison with key team members to schedule appropriate meetings
* Providing support to CAO and other executives for executive level meetings and offsites
We're looking for someone who has
* Willing to work in our Jersey City office up to three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combined education and work experience
* 5+ years' experience supporting senior executives and highly motivated professionals
* Experience handling confidential information with discretion
* Experience working with HR, Facilities, Legal, and IT teams
* Advanced MS Office skills, Zoom, Concur, and Smartsheet
* A forward thinker who proactively proposes creative solutions

* Well organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize projects
* Able to successfully complete critical deliverables with exceptional project management abilities

* Available to work across time zones with flexibility to follow-up on items outside of business hours, including weekends
