As the Executive Assistant, you'll support leadership across multiple functions, including finance, sales, HR, customer service, and manufacturing. What You'll Do:
Support Leadership Teams:
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and priorities for executives to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and report preparation.
Customer Service & CEO Support:
- Act as the face of the company, addressing order inquiries, delivery schedules, and service needs.
- Strengthen customer relationships through professional communication and coordination with internal teams.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, organize meetings, and provide overall administrative support.
HR & Finance Support:
- Serve as the benefits liaison, assisting employees with enrollment and updates.
- Handle HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining records, and compliance requirements.
- Review and organize expense reports, track budgets, and prepare financial summaries.
- Utilize Paycor to maintain HR and payroll accuracy.
Manufacturing & Planning Support:
- Generate and maintain Excel reports for manufacturing metrics.
- Update and pull data from MRP/ERP systems to support decision-making.
- Collaborate on operational schedules and performance tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the VP of Manufacturing.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or payroll platforms (e.g., Paycor) preferred.
- Experience in HR processes or financial support is a plus.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and business software.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
