Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Irving, TX 75039 (hybrid)
Job Duration: 2 Months + possible extension
Job Description
- Extensive calendar management including: prioritizing and scheduling meeting requests, scheduling conference calls and updating daily schedule as needed to accommodate last minute changes.
- Create and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Plan team meetings and events including international travel for team members.
- Project manage critical division-wide meetings/events and other activities that improve processes and morale, supporting our culture.
- Prepare presentations for team meetings and executive leadership meetings
- Ability to take thorough and accurate meeting minutes and translate to a consumable format for distribution
- Act as the interface with internal systems to manage day to day activities such as input of performance objectives and other data, review of procurement requests etc.
- Process and review Purchase Orders and T&E submissions
- Provide screening, fielding and prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail and e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
Skills:
- 3-5+ years' of experience as an executive assistant (supporting a senior level executive a strong plus)
- Flexibility and resourcefulness
- You can quickly grasp foreign topics and problem-solve your way to success without oversight
- No problem is too big or small for you, and you approach any curve balls with curiosity and a “can do” attitude
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- You pay attention to the details and ensure things happen well and on time
- Demonstrated “customer service” mentality

- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, GSuite and Excel
- Ability to travel, domestically and internationally if required
