I am seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support me directly across all aspects of my work. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Oversee and coordinate my daily calendar, including business meetings, travel arrangements, and personal commitments.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including email and phone correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations for various business and nonprofit initiatives.
- Project Coordination: Track and manage key deadlines and deliverables across multiple businesses and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Expense and Budget Management: Prepare expense reports and assist in managing budgets for specific ventures as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Cross-Business Collaboration: Liaise with team members from different businesses and nonprofits to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with other productivity or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required if you have equivalent experience.
