This Venture Capital backed New-Space Start-Up is looking for an on-site Executive Assistant to help with Operations, Office Management, and some HR / Talent Acquisition.
Ability to grow into a Chief of Staff or Operations style role in the future.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist the executive team with planning and scheduling of trade shows and exhibitions (inc. hotel and flight booking, company entrance passes etc.)
- Day to day admin duties within the office and managing various inbound/outbound activities for suppliers, vendors, and clients.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle when needed, (including job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, to ensure a diverse candidate pipeline and compliance with standards)
Executive Assistant Requirements
- 1+ years of experience within a start-up or similar fast-paced environment covering a variety of duties and responsibilities
- Ideally some knowledge of standard HR concepts and Talent Acquisition (not a full requirement)
- US Green Card or Citizenship required.
- Work on-site in Irvine up to 5 days a week
