Soucie Horner Design Collective, a luxury interior architecture and design firm comprised of three distinct business divisions, seeks Executive Assistant to Principal/Co-Owner with minimum four years' experience as executive or personal assistant to provide high-level administrative, managerial and personal support to the Principal and be a liaison to clients, employees and vendors. Multi-faceted role will incorporate aspects of communications liaison, business development, meetings and special events coordination and administrative management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Campaign Monitor, Adobe Suite, Trello and TripIt.com experience a plus

- Ability to learn new or updated software and apps
- Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute
- Must be able to drive and hold a valid driver's license
