Job Description:

Soucie Horner Design Collective, a luxury interior architecture and design firm comprised of three distinct business divisions, seeks Executive Assistant to Principal/Co-Owner with minimum four years' experience as executive or personal assistant to provide high-level administrative, managerial and personal support to the Principal and be a liaison to clients, employees and vendors. Multi-faceted role will incorporate aspects of communications liaison, business development, meetings and special events coordination and administrative management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Campaign Monitor, Adobe Suite, Trello and TripIt.com experience a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to handle business, client and Principal matters with confidentiality and discretion
  • Self-starter with critical and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as a diplomatic collaborator
  • Executive, polished and poised presence at all times
  • Ability to multi-task and function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to look across the many facets of the Principal's professional and personal lives to anticipate needs and follow-up required
  • Confidence and ability to speak candidly and provide input regarding all aspects of work with Principal
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to get the best end results
  • Ability to learn new or updated software and apps
  • Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute
  • Must be able to drive and hold a valid driver's license
