Robert Half is currently in search of an extremely reliable, highly-organized Senior Executive Assistant to join our clients established financial services firm in a permanent capacity. Your role will involve offering high-level administrative support, enabling efficient and effective operational and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar management ensuring optimal use of executive's time. Manage scheduling logistics of meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as the initial point of contact, acting as a gatekeeper and prioritizing information flow to and from the executive office.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including but not limited to flight and hotel bookings, processing visa requirements, and arranging local transportation services.
- Manage expense reporting in an organized and timely manner, ensuring precision in record-keeping and reimbursement processes.
- Offer technical support in various aspects, including video conferencing, presentations, and remote meeting troubleshooting.
- Take lead in planning and coordinating corporate events, seminars, and conferences.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree.
- At least 10 years' experience as a C-Suite executive assistant in the corporate environment.
- Proficiency in various computer applications, software, and business machines.
- Exceptional technical skills, professional conduct, and a proven track record of handling confidential information.
- Superior communication and organizational skills.
