A detail-oriented individual who provides advanced level administrative support for the Executive, requiring broad and comprehensive skills and knowledge in all areas of office administration. Responsible for working on assignments that require considerable judgment, initiative and sound decision-making. Be the right-hand person who enables the Executive to advance company initiatives and goals. An important aspect of this role is anticipating what is needed each week, and ensuring the President is aware of and prepared for upcoming meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive and other assigned leadership
* Stay up to date on organizational policies, practices, and procedures to always ensure appropriate administrative protocol
* Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence, memoranda, and presentation materials as directed
* Manage the President's calendar and proactively identify issues and develop alternatives to resolve them
* Arrange meetings and conferences. Prepare and distribute documents and presentation materials as requested.
* Manage and organize travel, logistics and accommodations for domestic and international travel
* Handle all expense reporting for the President, and review all expenses submitted by direct reports
QUALIFICATIONS
* 7+ minimum years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or related position
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Advanced-level experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook and Teams
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to evaluate and analyze information
* Professional in demeanor and approach to responsibilities
* High degree of urgency & prioritization skills
* Highly flexible and can perform at peak performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Ability to work with and develop positive working relationships with all levels of the organization including senior leadership and external contacts
* Ability to work a hybrid schedule and come into the office as needed.
* Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines
This position requires a hybrid on-site presence in our corporate office in Fairlawn, OH.
