Position Summary Bay FC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to support the organization. This dynamic role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for soccer. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office while contributing to the organization's overall success. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and follow-up on key initiatives.
- Prepare agendas and distribute meeting notes for executive meetings. Ensure all necessary materials are available and organized.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Support the organization and execution of internal team events and meetings with external stakeholders.
- Able to work from our San Francisco office Monday-Thursday.
- Helpful and curious about what it takes to make an office great.
- Management of office supplies/snack ordering and catering.
- Work with external vendors to ensure the office is clean and maintained.
- Liaison to in-office visitors.
- Occasional errands/ delivery management.
- Keep the office organized and orderly.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative role, ideally within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Passion for soccer and a commitment to promoting the sport.
Compensation The anticipated salary range for this role is between $75,000-$85,000. Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope. Background Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area.
