Job Description:

Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a renowned fashion house to hire an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

The pay for this position is $100K-$125K per year. You must be onsite 4 days per week and WFH Friday.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Operations Associate to support our executive team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of executive activities, enhancing organizational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Assist Global Chief Executive Officer with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, phone/mail/email correspondence and travel arrangements
  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring messages are accurately conveyed
  • Traffic Control: Track upcoming initiatives for the Executive to identify potential obstacles
  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making processes and strategic planning
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage executive documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, meetings, and off-site activities, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all interactions with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to move quickly with the ever-changing needs of the business
  • The ability to think ahead of the CEO needs and anticipate next
  • Able to influence and push back when necessary
  • Perform special projects as required

Qualifications

  • Professional experience and/or project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • Advanced PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of the global markets
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Should be available 24/7
